Preorder Terms of Service

Preorders are orders for items that are on order and not yet in stock. The items will be marked as Preorder on the landing page.
Furthermore the items will be marked "This item in on order and will not immediately ship." in my product catalog located at
shop.nativearizonan.com. Product status will say in stock. This is for inventory purposes only.
If something is marked as a Preorder, that marking supercedes the item status. See the slide below

Complete the order process and call in or send in your credit card information. Your
credit card will be charged when the item is shipping to you.
A credit card must be on file to reserve your preorder item.


Preorders are the preferred method of selling; as they sell the product prior to it's arrival and insure the
customer will get the product on a reservation basis. Preorders are better for the customer
as they will not have to battle other shoppers for the rights to a highly sought after action figure,
toy or collectible.

Preorders will normally ship within 90 days of the order being placed with our site
or 3 business days after our receipt of the product. You will be kept up to date on
your order status at a minimum of once every 30 days. You will be sent an email when your item ships.

I recently paid for an Iron Man Statue that will not be coming in until September. I feel completely comfortable doing so,
because I am completely protected using my paypal account. I accept credit cards through paypal for your protection and mine.
